Get up off the couch and to our Cardio Floor! Two rows of Treadmills, Ellipticals, and Spin Bikes line up opposite of Plasma TV’s where you can enjoy your favorite show. Similar to the Weight Floor, our Cardio Floor is also for Member use only and holds another open area supplied with Bosu Balls, Fitness Balls and Resistance Bands.
What else can you find on the Cardio Floor?
Child Minding Monitor:
Watch your kids on any level of the gym, as they are supervised in our Child Minding Room.
Change Rooms:
Both Men’s and Women’s change rooms are equipped with two shower stalls, a changing area, lockers, blow dryers and basic toiletries.
Filtered Water System:
Because hydrating yourself is so important especially when engaging in physical activity; a filtered water system is kept on this floor for all Members to use.
